Day 2: Build Your Resilience - Feel Alive
This task is about getting out of the comfort zone again. It's focused on feeling amazing again, feeling alive again, building reilience. I can guarantee after this task you'll feel ALIVE again.
Day 3: Priorities & Purpose
How to focus on what's most important in your life. This is the most powerful of the masterclasses, and opens many of the men's eyes as to where things have gone wrong and how to build from this point.
Day 4: Morning Routine
How to build your wins from the minute you open your eyes. How winning from the morning onwards is how to gain Consistency, Control And Clarity in your life again.
Day 5: Planning & Timetabling
Learn to manage your time and energy and be more productive. Most men have an imbalance when it comes to life. Too much work, not enough you-time. I'll teach you how to balance and manage this.
Who Am I ?
My name is James Boardman I’m a former Sgt Royal Marine Commando. I served as a sniper and physical training instructor.
I now dedicate my time & energy to helping men across the world to once again focus on becoming their best self.
There is a distinct lack of self-priority in men and it’s costing many to suffer mentally, emotionally and physically. The lack of focus on themselves has been a contributing factor to them slipping into that dreaded rut.
When I left the military, I had 2 young children who were tired of not seeing dad enough. I could no longer endure the 700 mile round trips at the wk end, only to have a day and a half with them, so I had to make the painful decision to leave the military and make a new life for myself away from what I loved doing. This change triggered my downfall.
I left September 2011. By September 2013, I was suffering heavily from PTSD , divorced, and on the brink of ending everything. Clouded by dark thoughts about losing my identity, vision, ambition, drive, passion and purpose, I lost the thirst for life. I had no mission in life any more.
I went from a super fit PTI, to an overweight washed up teacher who had managed to mess his life up terribly. The night I nearly decided to end it all, I found enough courage to drag myself out for a run. It was meant to be a 30 minute run, but that run lasted 3.5 hours.
On the run I would cry, laugh, reflect. It was an emotional journey. That run saved my life. It lifted the cloud just enough to figure out what the hell I was doing. I looked at the picture of my two children, the purpose that was in front of me was my mission, I had just forgotten through all of the pain and suffering. It re-sparked me back into changing my life to be something so much more with my life again, a new journey, a new mission and vision.
Since 2013, I’ve built four successful businesses. I look after a number of staff and many clients, from dads, to business owners, to CEOs . The journey to my life today has been one of self discovery, commitment, and a desire to constantly improve myself 1% a day.
I've written 2 best selling books, a book called 'It's A State Of Mind' & 'Remember the Mission'. Both help men develop the basics, and create a future path.
The books cover all the common sense approaches you forget when it comes to your wellbeing. Alongside that, I offer FREE content via my podcast, 'It's A State Of Mind'. I host my 'Rise To Thrive' show Mon, Wed & Fri on The Man Coach FB Page.

Q) Is this an online challenge or do I need to attend an event?
A) This is all online. You can be anywhere in the world and take part
Q) How much does it cost to take part?
A) There is no financial cost to take part in the 5 days. However, you will need to invest some time and energy, to get the most out of it
Q) How much time will I need to take part?
A) Less than you think. The challenge is set out in the morning. To do them will take 10-15 minutes a day. The majority of the time is reflecting on the challenge. There is a coaching session each evening at 19.00 for around 45 minutes, which you can watch back anytime.
